For those who live in the shadow of the mighty Himalaya, the mountains are Goddesses or Deities of great reverence. For western climbers, these same peaks are chance explore one’s personal limit. Born from my expeditions to Nepal, India and Tibet, I explore the spiritual lessons and gains—those pivotal moments on the climb—that will empower us throughout our journeys.

Moreover, the concept is a universal gesture of kindness and compassion.
